　　摘要：改革开放以来，建筑业发展迅速，国家为了加强对建设单位的监督管理和弥补建设单位在管理水平方面的不足，促成了工程造价咨询企业的迅猛发展。随着市场化、现代化、国际化进程的加快，快速变化的政策、市场、技术以及同业者竞争环境给国内工程造价企业带来了前所未有的挑战，其中存在的业界发展的典型瓶颈严重抑制了行业的可持续发展。为此，本文对国内工程造价咨询企业可持续发展的影响因素进行了探索、识别与分析，在此基础上提出有针对性的相应政策建议，以供国内工程造价咨询业、行业管理部门参考和借鉴。

　　Abstract：Since the reform and opening up，the construction has grown rapidly .The Country try to strengthen the supervision and management of the company，and compensate for the weaknesses of management level of company，thus make the rapid development of Engineering Cost Consulting Enterprises. With the development of  marketization，modernization and internationalization，the rapid changes of policy，market，technology and environment of same industry competition has brought the domestic enterprises an unprecedented challenge，Among these，the typical bottleneck in the industry development has been inhibited the sustainable development seriously. Therefore，this paper make a exploration，recognition and analysis of influencing factors about enterprises'sustainable development. Based on this，this paper makes purposeful proposals of appropriate policies，then supply reference for domestic engineering cost consulting industry，industry management department.
