　　摘要：工程造价标准体系在我国的建立是历史的必然。阐述了工程造价标准体系构建的理论依据、主体要素、系统特征；与计价定额、计价信息的相互关系；提出了工程造价标准体系表，指出了其作用、发展方向。

　　Abstract：The establishment of a standard system of quantity surveying is a necessity through the history of China. This paper elaborates theoretical foundation, major elements and system characteristics of building the QS standard system, discusses the interrelation of pricing quotas and pricing information, and proposes a table of QS standard system which indicates its functions and developing tendency.
