　　摘要：  首先，采用实例数据说明21世纪国际石油钻井市场类型为买卖双边寡头垄断市场。其次，论述21世纪国际石油钻井市场模式发展方向是“综合服务”和“联盟”，总结了这两种市场运作模式的共同特点：①协同工作是前提；②鼓励是手段；③不断改进作业性能是关键；④互利双赢是目的。最后，分析了21世纪国际石油钻井市场日费、进尺费、总包费3种基本计价方法和鼓励性日费、风险分担、鼓励性总包等3类鼓励性计价方法。

　　Abstract ：Firstly， this paper establishes that the international oil drilling market in the 21st century is a bilateral oligopoly by studying numerous cases. Then the trend of the international oil drilling market is concluded as Integrated Service and Alliance， which share the common characteristics of cooperation as the precondition， encouragement as the approach， improvement as the key， and win-win as the objective. Finally， this paper analyzes three basic pricing methods of day rate， footage price and turnkey contract cost， and three incentive pricing methods including incentive day rate， risks sharing， incentive turnkey contract， etc.
