中国工程造价信息化的回顾与展望

　　摘要：信息技术的发展对工程造价管理方式产生着巨大的影响，本文回顾了中国工程造价信息化发展历程及其现状，指出发展过程中存在的问题和不足。提出了信息化时代工程造价信息化的内涵及其系统结构设计，阐述了工程造价信息化系统的建设的内容。同时，本文又进一步分析了建筑信息模型（BIM）技术和新一代信息技术对建筑技术和工程造价管理的发展所带来的促进作用和即将产生的变革，展望了中国工程造价信息化的发展趋势。

　　Abstract：The development of information technology plays fundamental influence on the management means of quantity surveying （QS）.This paper reviews development history and current situation of QS information technology in China， and points out existing problems and limitations. Besides， the paper elaborates connotation and system structure of QS information technology， and discusses the elements to build the QS information system. In addition， the paper analyzes promoting effect brought about by Building Information Modeling （BIM） and the new generation information technology on development of building technologies and QS， and finally looks ahead the future trends of QS information technology in China.
