　　摘要：特高压工程计价标准是确定特高压工程造价的重要基础和标尺，中国电力工程造价与定额管理总站创新了传统的计价标准编制工作流程，通过强化工程建设信息的收集整理和模型测算，同步推进标准编制工作，为科学合理的确定特高压工程造价，提升特高压工程投资收益和市场生存能力提供了重要支撑。

　　Abstract：The charging standard for extra-high voltage engineering is a fundamental basis and benchmark for identifying quantity surveying of extra-high voltage works. China Power Engineering Cost and Norm Management Workplace has innovated the traditional procedure of formulating electricity charging standard， and through consolidating collection and model quantities of engineering information， the workplace has pushed forward the charging standard formulation， which provides strong support for identifying quantity surveying of extra-high voltage engineering in a rational and scientific way and enhancing investment return and market viability of extra-high voltage engineering.
