  BIM集成无线射频技术在工程材料物流动态管理中的应用

  摘要:工程材料作为建筑工程的重要组成部分,占工程总造价的70%左右。研究表明对建设工程材料物流过程进行动态的计划、组织、控制将节约大量的资金,并缩短工期。然而,在我国,工程材料的采购、运输、存储以及现场使用过程大都没有从物流、供应链角度考虑时间成本的节约方式。本文通过对RFID.BIM技术在建筑业应用现状的分析,提出RFID结合BIM技术在我国工程材料物流动态管理中应用的方法、途径,为项目管理者在施工过程中引入物流信息管理提供参考。

  Abstract: Construction materials as an important part of the construction work, account for about 70% of the total project cost. Studies have shown that dynamic planning, organization, and controlling during the construction material logistics process will save a lot of money, and shorten the project duration. However, the processes of procurement, transportation, storage, and on-site using of construction materials are seldom considered the time and cost savings from a logistics point of view, especially in China mainland. By analysing the application of RFID and BIM technology in the construction industry, this paper proposes the method of using RFID integrated with BIM technology in China's construction material logistics management. The results can be a reference for the project managers when applying the logistics information management in construction project.
