　　摘要：随着建设项目的规模越来越大、群体性项目越来越多，对参与项目造价管理的人员数量和分工协作的要求也越来越高。面对这种复杂的情况，传统的造价管理已经很难满足大量的数据交换、信息往来、沟通协调的过程。本文针对这种状况提出了应用互联网平台来进行项目全过程造价管理的尝试。借助信息化手段来规范、提升造价管理的水平，并对初步成型的解决方案进行介绍。

　　Abstract：  With the increasing scale of construction projects and quantity of group projects， the requirements to the number and farm-out of personnel participate in the cost management become higher. Faced with this complex situation， traditional cost management has been difficult to meet the process of large number of data exchange， exchanges of information， communication and coordination. In response to this situation， the article put forward the application of the Internet platform to carry out the attempt of the whole process cost management of the project， with the means of information technology to regulate and upgrade the level of cost management and carry out the introduction the initial solution.
