　　摘要：本文从建筑全生命周期的角度来分析BIM技术在建筑工程信息化的作用与发展，通过深刻挖掘工程周期的各个阶段所面临的现状问题，结合BIM技术提出斯维尔的解决方案。斯维尔致力于BIM软件供应商，自主研发的基于BIM技术的设计软件、第四代算量软件、项目管理软件等等，并在工程应用实践中不断寻求突破。

　　Abstract： In this paper， from the point of view of the building life cycle analysis，the Building Information Modeling （BIM） technology act with the development of information technology in the construction works. The current problems faced by the various stages of a deep excavation cycle， combined with BIM technology solutions in THS （Thsware）。 THS committed to BIM software vendors of independent R & D design software based on BIM technology， the fourth generation cost Accounting software， project management software， etc.， and continue to seek a breakthrough in engineering practice.
