　　摘要：BIM提供了一个信息丰富以及可视化的数据库，可以帮助减少工作量以及避免人为错误来提高造价工作的效率和准确性。造价信息也可以继续用于施工和运维阶段以实现生命周期的造价管理。尽管这个新的工作流程有很多优势，但却远未成熟，这篇文章中也介绍了一些解决现存问题的建议。

　　Abstract：BIM provides a rich-information and visual database， that can reduce workloads and avoid some human errors to increase efficiency and accuracy for cost management. The cost information could also be used in construction and operating phases to achieve the life-cycle cost management. Although there are lots of advantages of this new workflow， it is far from mature， some advises for resolving the problems are given in this article.
