　　摘要：本文旨在具体阐述基于BIM的工程造价信息技术在上海中心项目中各阶段的应用以及提供的价值。

　　首先笔者简单介绍BIM技术的概念以及与造价咨询业务的关系，接着让读者了解BIM技术在工程建设领域的设计管理、施工管理环节目前的应用效果。然后就上海中心项目中基于BIM技术的造价信息服务所带来的价值进行具体的展开说明。

　　最后，笔者结合现有BIM技术的特点以及工程建设中对各板块的作用，就为业主提供的价值进行总结归纳。

　　Abstract：The thesis is to illustrate the BIM-based cost estimating technology application and value during the construction of Project Shanghai Tower. First， the author simply introduced the BIM conception and the connection with cost estimating line， and then helped the reader understand the BIM technology application results in the section of design， construction and management. Thus， the author particularly elaborated the value from BIM-based cost estimating service to Project Shanghai Tower. Ultimately， the author combined the BIM technology characteristics and its assistance to each project section to generalize the value of BIM-based cost estimating technology for developers.
