　　摘要：BIM技术通过数字建模实现了建筑的三维表达，实现了工程信息的紧密连接，推动了建筑业的发展，也带来了工程造价管理的变革，主要表现在：提高造价准确性、提供控制设计变更的技术手段和方便历史数据的积累与共享。BIM技术的应用在工作方法、工作流程、计价方式等方面对工程造价机构带来了新的挑战。结合实际建立与技术、经济发展水平相适应的基于BIM技术的造价实施体系成为当务之急。

　　Abstract： BIM technology enables the 3D expressing of buildings， close linking of project information， promoted the development of the construction industry and bring about a revolution in project pricing management through digital modeling， which mainly reflected in improving the accuracy of project pricing， providing technological means to control changes in the design and facilitating the accumulation and sharing of historical data. The application of BIM technology brings new challenges on aspects such as working method， procedures and pricing method， for project pricing agencies. Therefore， to establish BIM-technology-based pricing implementation systems fit in with the development level of technology and economy has become the top priority of the day.
