　　摘要： 荆溪镇作为福建省21个小城镇建设的试点乡镇，建设量大，任务繁重，在这一前提下，探讨引入BIM技术，以安置保障房建设中应用BIM技术为例，解决安置房建设全生命周期中出现的部分问题，以便镇政府在专业人才稀缺的情况下对工程质量的把控和村民对小城镇建设的正确认识。

　　Abstract：Jingxi Town， as one of the 21 pilot small towns in Fujian Province， the construction of large volume， heavy task.， has a great quantity of construction projects and a heavy construction task. It is on this premise that we explore the application of BIM technology， taking the application on resettlement housing construction as an example， to solve problems of the development of the full life cycle in resettlement housing， so that the town government can take the quality of the project under control in the case of the scarce professionals and the villagers can have correct understanding upon the construction of small towns.
