　　摘要： 本文分析了当前造价管理技术手段的局限，全面阐述了基于BIM的造价全过程管理解决方案的原理、实现技术和应用方法，利用BIM技术的多维度结构化数据库和数据粒度达到构件级二项核心能力，全面提升项目造价全过程能力，列举详解了上海中心、无锡正方园科技大厦等项目实施基于BIM造价解决方案取得的成果，并提出基于BIM造价解决方案带来的革命性远景。

　　Abstract： This paper analyzes the limitation of current technical methods of cost management， and gives a comprehensive exposition of the principles， technology and application of whole process cost management solution based on BIM. Whole process cost management solution fully utilizes core competence of BIM， which is multi-dimension structured database and component level of data， to improve the cost management level during the whole construction phase. This solution has been applied to Shanghai Tower， Zhengfangyuan Science & Technology Building， etc.， and achieved delightful results. Revolutionary vision has been put forward at the end of this article.
