　　摘要：BIM数据从设计到造价的流转如何实现？BIM中设计阶段的信息该如何有效地为造价咨询企业利用？造价咨询企业利用BIM设计如果数据互通性很差，没有标准数据接口，不能兼容共享，形成数据的孤岛，模型需要做哪些工作？本文分析了国内外主流造价软件在导入BIM设计模型的一些实际应用情况，以工程成本核算为基础分析BIM技术的潜在价值，最后通过对BIM数据在设计和造价咨询流转的实践工程中所反映出的问题，提出一些改进方案。

　　Abstract： As for the BIM application， how does data import from design model into cost model？ How does BIM information in designing stage service Cost Consulting Companies？ To effectively use the BIM design model， what should Cost Consulting Companies do？ This paper analyzes the mainstream cost softwares globally regarding data import from design model into cost model， evaluates the potential values of BIT technology based on engineering costing， and finally proposes some solutions to improve data transfer from design model into cost model， thus leading to better consulting service when using BIM.
