中国工程造价专业高等教育对工程造价咨询业的适应与支持

The Adaptation and Support of Engineering Cost Education for Engineering Cost Consulting Industry in China

　　摘要：近十年是中国工程造价咨询产业跨越式发展的上升阶段。服务精细化与业务产品高端化需要持续性的专业人才供给，为中国工程造价专业高等教育的发展提出了挑战。在工程造价咨询业精细化发展的浪潮中，专业高等教育要获得发展的先机，必须适时转变教育模式和人才培养方案。以产业带动教育、以教育促进产业发展的产学研结合发展模式，充分利用协会、企业和高校的资源优势提升毕业生的培养质量，做到从高校毕业生到工程造价咨询企业员工的无缝对接和向高端人才的持续发展，为工程造价咨询业提供了支持。

　　Abstract： The decade past witnessed great-leap-forward development of engineering cost consulting industry in China. Fine services with the requirements of high-end business products require continuous supply of professionals， which presents a challenge to the professional development of higher education of the engineering cost. During the development of the cost engineering consulting industry， higher education must change the mode of education and personnel training programs to access to development opportunities. The industry-university-research cooperation mode， in which industry promote education and education feedback industry， makes full use of the resource advantages of associations， enterprises and universities to enhance the quality of graduates training. This mode  　connects college graduates to the staff of the engineering cost consulting enterprises seamlessly and realizes the continued development of high-end talent， which provides support to the development of engineering cost consulting industry.
