中外绿色建筑的技术指标浅谈

　　摘要：本文从当前绿色建筑的热点，中国建筑耗能严重现状出发，倡导绿色建筑的重要性，从绿色建筑的节能、节地、节水、节材、保护环境（简称：四节一环保）的基本要求出发，阐述目前绿色建筑设计过程如何落实到比较具体的技术指标，也从建造成本的角度提醒在绿色建筑的各个阶段需要全面考虑成本的控制。同时对比借鉴阐述了国外绿色建筑的经验和方法。

　　Abstract：  This article started from the current hot spots of green building and the seriousness of current status of China's building energy consumption， which leads to advocate the importance of green building. From the start point of essential requirement of green building energy， land， water， materials， and environment protection （referred to as： four saving and one environment protection）， it elaborates how the implementation of green building design process to be specific technical indicators， and from the construction cost's point of view， it also reminds the need of taking full account of cost control in the various stages of the Green Building. At the same time， the contrast draws expounded foreign experience and method of green building.
